A great opportunity to meet London legend and character George Abrahams who’s worked in Smithfield Meat Market since he was a boy and had some wonderful stories. When I suggested meeting at 5.30am, he told me it would all be over by then and it became the first and only shoot I’ve finished hours before I normally eat my breakfast. The shoot was a case study for an HSBC magazine.
